For episode 10 of the Better Human Show, I go solo.  Today I do a deep dive on why people have trouble "releasing weight" for good.  What prevents people from permanent weight release, the psychology that prevents us from losing extra pounds, holistic or as my friend Steve Ilg says "Wholistic" approach incorporating mind, body, spirit.

I talk about restoring hormone levels, establishing a baseline, and how to achieve a lean and healthy body for the right reasons.

This is a preview of my upcoming book "The Path to Lean."  To get a free copy of the book upon release, and a free chapter today, visit www.davidrachford.com/book and enter your email.  I'll send over the first chapter right away!
