In this episode, we talk sex with Dr. Celeste Holbrook.  Often times, men and women seem to have mis-matched libidos, and we discuss the causes and remedys.  We talk about what's normal, and of course, how to spice things up in the bedroom or beyond. Sex is an important part of our lives, it's a basic human need at an instinctual level. Food, shelter, and sex are considered essential to human life; and connecting in a meaningful and more present way during sex, can make you a better human.

Dr. Celeste Holbrook is a sexologist, author and speaker who helps women, men and couples achieve their best sex life through intentional behavior changes.  She takes a holistic total body, total mindset approach to your sex life and transforms the way you interact with yourself and your partner.  Hundreds of couples have dramatically changed their relationships by following Dr. Holbrook's sexual and spiritual strategies and she loves providing a safe space for people to have real conversations about sex.  She lives in Fort Worth Texas with her husband,  4-year old twin girls.
