David Reaboi is an author and  expert in National security & political warfare matters, and a jazz afficianado, but for the Longevitiy Lifestyle, we talk about fitness.

David is an amateur bodybuilder and fitness buff, and I asked him on the podcast because I wanted to talk about his health and fitness transformation.  What it really takes to make dramatic changes in your physique, and learn some of the tricks, supplements, and well, pharmaceutical options that can help improve your health. We have a fun conversation, and I learned a lot… and it was a fun departure to have someone on to talk about their “healthy hobby” of bodybuilding.
