In this episode of the Better Human Show, I go solo. I share stories about what inspired the show, and what to expect in future shows. I share trials, trouble, addictions & recovery, and the path that I've walked and lived to arrive here with you today. I do my best bravely share my unfiltered, unvarnished story. Not all of it is pretty, and hopefully you can learn from the stories I share.
A central theme is congruent living; or living in alignment with values. I talk about how it felt to live a life where I was disconnected with my values, and how I subsequently found myself obese, alone and addicted, and how I turned it around to get healthy and fit again.
